Andrea Dean is an inspiring juggernaut for her literary and metaphorical style of writing as her way of communication. She is a  Communications Studies graduate of Youngstown State University, Masters in Communication at Duquesne University and attended Robert Morris University for her Doctoral Studies in Communication and Information Technology. 

It all began with her timid and shy character to speak in front of people. At the early age of 16, she was awarded 8th in the nation for her extemporaneous communication with the Business Professionals of America.

Today, she can be found lecturing in universities and speaking across the country at Conferences, business summits, trainings, and much more. The development of her life’s walk is exhibited through the multi-faceted perspectives expressed in this book.

Her business acumen has equated to her success as an entrepreneur serving clients nationwide and internationally as the CEO of Quest Innovative Solutions LLC.
